Shipping Policy

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

  • The cost of US domestic shipping (for items other than “Instant Ship” items ordered with Next Day shipping) is $10 to the 50 contiguous states. Due to increased shipping costs by our carriers, we have updated our domestic shipping to $10 for the contiguous states. [Updated 06/04/2020]
  • For a limited time, the cost of shipping for items to be delivered to an address in Canada is $40 and $50 to all other international countries.
  • Customers may incur additional charges for purchases of multiple items or heavy items.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

While most orders are shipping on-time, due to COVID-19 and government restrictions, your order may experience some shipping and fulfillment delays. We appreciate your patience.

Apparel and accessory items have been pre-verified and authenticated and ship directly from our trusted retail and boutique partners. It will typically take 4-6 business days for an apparel or accessory item order to be delivered to a buyer located in the US.

For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs. For items with a delivery address in the People's Republic of China, import duties will be included at checkout for buyers who enter their national identification number and the items will be delivered duty paid (i.e., no additional duties should be required to be paid upon delivery). For all other international orders and for items with a delivery address in the People's Republic of China where a buyer does not enter their national identification number, import duties are not included, and you will be responsible for them upon arrival.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

If you’re using the app, tap on the Profile icon, then Orders to make sure your order was processed. If you see that it was, click Settings and Edit Profile to make sure we have your email address correct. You can also contact us for additional assistance.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Please note that HAND INTERNATIONAL INC is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been placed. For orders of sneaker items, you may be able to cancel your order (within 3 hours of placing it and/or before it is confirmed by the seller, whichever comes first), and place the order again with the correct shipping address.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

If you’re using the app, check the Orders tab in your Profile to make sure your order was shipped. If it was, check the tracking number to see where the order is currently located. If it was delivered and you still have not received your order or if you placed your order through the website, please contact us.

For security and privacy reasons, we ensure successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

While HAND INTERNATIONAL INC strongly discourages our sellers from canceling orders, there are some circumstances in which sellers are unable to complete orders. For sneaker orders, HAND INTERNATIONAL INC will make every effort to find a replacement in a timely manner, but if unsuccessful, your order will be canceled.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELED. CAN I STILL BUY THE ITEM?

If your order is canceled, the item may still be available for purchase. Please note, the item may not be available at the same price as your canceled order.
